2k 2k is an art & graphic design inspired t-shirt label originating from Japan in the mid 1990's. Unlike other t-shirt labels, 2k breaks down an often monotonous market, steering away from generic and stereotypical designs and prints. 2k's concept of scouring the world for new, innovative and cutting edge art provides the brand with substance and depth which is glaringly absent amongst most labels. Currently, 2k collaborates with some of the most of the innovative artists and graphic designers in the world, including Geoff McFetridge, Yoshitomo Nara and Experimental Jetset in addition to holding the rights to artworks of pop culture icon Andy Warhol and the legendary Jean-Michel Basquiat. Also included are collaborations with music luminaries such as Bjork and Yoko Ono. |
